A+ Location, right next to the Finnair airport shuttle, train station and shops. Spacious room, clean and resaonable quiet provided it is right next to the main bus terminal
Breakfast not as good as expected, sauna was good but gym was unusable.

Very good location, exellent breakfast, friednly personal, good facilities, easy access to the Internet via WiFi and LAN (both). Should be very comfortable for business travelerls.
Parking is about 20 EUR a day. Extra bed for children comes for extra price.

the hotel clean, nice design, comfortable beds, and just exactly according to the description on the web-site. Perfectly situated in the center, from and to the airport fly-bus goes directly to the hotel. All museums and shops are very near, main street just next to the hotel. Highly recommend!
The only thing i was surprised is that receptionist was offering me to pay for the breakfast, although according to hotel.de booking it was included into price. After some talking he agreed to give me those breakfast tickets for "free" - he said it was some mistake in the booking, so he had to give it cz of that. It left uncomfortable feeling like i was "poor girl" and he "was giving me the breakfast", although i felt i had complete right for it accoridng to my booking.

Heated floors in executive room bathroom. Free tea/coffee facilities in the room. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
Inefficient reception at night shift. Unrealistic high prices for communications, 20 Euro internet access - real nonsense.

Right in the dead center of Helsinki. A 9 second walk from the airport shuttle - or a 9.3 second walk from the central station. Efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Great sauna. Excellent value for money.
The rooms are a bit small. All entertainment and electronic communication (movie- and music channels, Internet access, etc) is charged.
