Friendlyness staff
Having to pay for internet access (wi-fi) witjh a room price of € 230 + is not of this day and age. It should be included as a standard facility!

Poor information concerning the use of the hotel shuttle bus from staff. I was told that there would be a fixed scheduled frequency from the airport, and in fact it wasn't true. After waiting for 40 minutes at the stop at the airport, just by luck I accidentally found a communications panel and was able to ask for the shuttle bus.

Friendly staff, friendly personal wake-up call. Free airport shuttle.
Still 15 minutes from the airport. If you take the free shuttle and if you need to be at Terminal 2 at the airport allow for 30 minutes from hotel to security check - you need to take the train to the other terminal building. The shuttle bus does not bring you further than Terminal 1. But it is a free service...

The Holiday Inn Frankfort Airport North is idealy located (near the airport) and cars can be parked there for the complete holiday. I would recommend the hotel to everybody who is going on holiday and access Frankfort airport by his own car.

The staff knew that the air conditioning was not working yet assigned me a room on the sunny side of the hotel. Even with my window open at night the room never cooled off to a reasonable temperature. They really should have given me a rebate for the unlivable room.
