August 2012
Excellent room with everything we needed, all staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much bother for them. Breakfast was top notch :-)

Unfortunately there were some young guests that found it amusing to run around the corridor shouting and banging on doors at the early hours of the morning. The hotel staff were excellent and did everything they could to tackle this problem.

February 2012
A well looked after hotel run by competent and friendly staff. The croissants and pain o chocolate at breakfast were excellent - please don't serve cold chewy ones (to save money!) like the more expensive hotels.

Rubbish in the area next to the hotel (car park side) made it look derelict - 10 minutes work to clear it? Likewise a sweep up of the pavement outside the dining area would present a more pleasant aspect. Curry served in the evening was ok - but please give the chef a toaster for the naan bread - chewy naan from the microwave with hard bits is an abomination - toast them! It was impossible to get radio broadcasts on the TV - there was a symbol for it on screen but no way of using it.... I wanted to listen to radio 4!
