if you are interested to nightlife there are many bars, pubs but then in the hotel you can hear a lot of noise...up to 4/5 am in the morning

Location excellent, close to Old Portsmouth, Southsea, Rail & Ferry.
Fully functioning rooms.
Not noisy on a weekend night (despite central location).
Expensive rates for a budget hotel.
Poor quality ingredients for breakfast, though plentiful in quantity.
High additional wifi charges.

the staff were very helpful,the room was big enough for my needs,ideally located to see my son who is at portsmouth university.i have stopped in many hotels in the area because of my son and i feel that this hotels meets my needs for a short break of one or two nights.average price,but location good.
