Very noisy room - for a Platinum customer ???
Very Expensive WiFi - poor signal
I moved to a B&B for the same price and got treated fantastically.
This is the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed in - not up to the expectted standard.

what a disapointing experience. When room was book receptionist confirmed it was a full breakfast as description on internet said 'hot breakfast' only then to find out when we book it was continental breakfast and was then told by the receptionist ' oh well it will be healthier for you'. Had to come and get iron and ironing board ourselves as was told they are to busy. In the hotel information book that is in your room it states hot food can be brought from bar area from 12pm till late.... you have no bar area that does hot food, reception then said we could get food from the vending machine.... which was empty and had out of order sign on it. We joined so we could book in early and check out late but then had to keep coming down for coffee and milk as you only supply enough for 2 hot drinks.
