hotel on first impressions was lovely,room was clean and so was the bathroom.

we checked in,no problem then we went to our room,outside the cleaner was changing towels etc we said no problem we are dropping stuff off and leaving, we then went to go in the room an someone was clearly staying in the room already. we went to reception and explained the situation she apologise and gave us another room no problem and offered us a complimentry drink. the following day we went down for breakfast to find all the tables had dirty plates cutlery etc obviously not been cleared up since someone had breakfast, i then had to clear a table myself so we could dine, we then got our breakfast then realised there was no cutlery to eat with we waited an eventually we got some. the food area had not been cleaned there was tea/coffee all over the surface an all over the floor, i just found that for a dining area this was unacceptable.

I stayed with two other adults and found everything to our satisfaction. It was our first time in Manchester to attend a game at Old Trafford and found the Hotel to be ideally located for this purpose. The ground was within comfortable walking distance as was the tram stop for access to the city centre. I have reccommended this hotel to others and would definitely stay there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my, albeit short, stay at your hotel. As stated above, the room was pleasant and very clean. I found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful.
