1st time I've used a Holiday Inn and would not be afraid to use them again - very nice stay - breakfast good and luggage storage when booked out ideal.

the cleanliness in general was good. the cleanliness in the room was super.
the staff was unfriendly, almost aggressive and unprofessional. the breakfast was mediocre. awful. the noise level was high during the night as the window had to be opened due to the room's high temperature. it was boiling. the accessories in the bathroom for that price in that hotel were non-existent. dreadful. the price in what used to be a no-go area of London should be 50% of what it is. completely overpriced, almost depressing. better to pay a few pounds extra and stay in a much better hotel only a few yards away. the price for the internet, robbery.
