good location to Metro station and Jumeira Beach area. Thus, location related you get good performance/price ratio. Shop with snacks in reception hall. Friendly staff. Breakfast OK.
No swimming pool :( There are no food shopping (for the business traveler)/dine out locations in walking distance, esp. not in summer heat. Thus you must go by Taxi/Metro allways. Which is fair enough, since the location on the other hand is central but also quite.
