Very nice hotel, excellent staff and good buffet style breakfasts plus tea/coffee/hot chocolate available 24 hours.
Better lighting between hotel and shopping precinct would make it feel safer during evenings. Approach route to subway not very appetising (lots of litter and weeds and general feeling of neglect to the whole area).

For value for money and a bed to sleep in, a bathroom to wash in and a roof over your head in Boston, I doubt you'd find better elsewhere in Boston at the price charged. Would recommend on this basis.
Not a negative per se, but the hotel is a fairly non descript block sandwiched between an expressway and a shopping centre, with little of interest in the area.

Pretty good location because there is a subway 5 minutes away. Otherwise the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there are practically no attractions within a walking distance.
Not that's the first hotel in the USA with this problem, but those non-opening windows make me feel bad.
