Decor and cleanliness excellent. My room was very comfortable, with an efficient shower and large towels. I particularly liked the comfortable 'office' chair, large desk and the stylish armchair.
I thought it a shame that staff pandered to the male majority and allowed football on all the TV screens which I found annoying as I was hoping for a peaceful supper after a hard day's work. One member of staff said to me 'you should try being at my house.....' which I found a rather offensive response to my request to at least turn the sound down.
