The hotel provides comfort for discerning guests (3 stars) and has 256 rooms.

The hotel is situated very close to the city centre only 800 m away from Potsdamer Platz and a stroll away from Checkpoint Charlie at Friedrichstrasse.

You can leave your car in the hotel's car park (fee payable). The reception desk, which is manned 24 hours, also has a hotel safe. You are welcome to bring your four-legged friends with you. If you wish to share a non-smoking room with your pet, please indicate this when booking. The hotel provides Internet access in the rooms and public areas (free-WLAN).

Among the features of your room are a hairdryer and a kettle. A radio and TV in each room cater for your entertainment. Reception of Pay TV is available. All rooms in the hotel are equipped with air conditioning.

Просторный и чистый номер,хорошее расположение отеля,обслуживающий персонал
 
Нет wi fi в номере(только на рецепшене),однообразный завтрак,блокируют на карте 30 евро за день проживания

Approx. 5 minutes walking distance from the Anhalter bahnhof Station. Very efficient check-in and check-out procedure. Value for money. Will surely stay again.
 
There are no safety lockers in the room and no wardrobes. Breakfast choice was very limited, no fresh cut fruits available.

We stayed for three weeks and I went to work will my wife explored the city. The hotel was perfect for both of us being close to major attractions and to the S-Bahn station Anhalter Bahmhof. Good price and excellent personnel. We enjoyed the breakfast and having a choice of German and US newspapers
 
It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room and a gym in the hotel. The breakfast got quite crowded at certain times but we quickly found the best times (early or late) and had no problems.

Good situation in the city, public transport line (s-bahn, bus) in about 100m. The staff are friendly.
 
internet access in the room is only wired and too expensive. Free wifi is only available in the hall

Perfect for stay if you spend not much time in a room. Quite and comfortable room, excelent location for tourist. Careful staff. We 'll stay here next time.

The breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic, but plenty of it.
 
Some of the hotel reception staff are surly. They need to be more friendly and helpful (first impressions do count). Some training in human relations would be a sound idea.

Clean hotel, good breakfast. Close to the city centre and public transport.
 
Bath place is not separated, so when we were taking a shower all the floor was completely wet, and water was coming even to the room sometimes.

Excellent place for a base if you are visiting Berlin. Only 800metres from the city centre and other attractions well within walking distance. Parking was available underneath the hotel.

We had problem searching the hotel. It would be really helpful if appropriate directions from Berlin hbf (M45 bus goes straight to the hotel) and airport are provided.

Great hotel, beautifully decorated, Good price and fantastic breakfast.
 
It is near a train station, but not the main station. We miss understood that upon arrival.
