Hotel was OK, but overall a bit pricey for what it was.

Having used this service to book the hotel, I was suprised to find that a colleague had phoned the hotel and got a rate 33% lower

As a chain hotel it has indeed a well trained and nice personel. Close to football stadion (walk distance) and hipodrom.

The hotel is located in almost deserted (industrial) area. Far from city center and therefore to expensive (97 euro with breakfast). Requested water cooker for a room costs 18,- euro extra. Quite small rooms. Old furniture. Close to a loud street.

- Frindly staff, clean

- Breakfast too expensive, too few fruits - Pretty noisy main street right in front of the hotel. Traffic audible even with closed windows. No problem for me, but people who are more succeptible to noise might see this as a disadvantage. Sleeping with open window is probably out of the question for most people.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. However, occupancy was low, so I do not know how they would be if the Hotel had been full. The room was large, the beds also large and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and well heated. Parking was free and unproblematic. The entrance area and bar were tastefully decorated. The abience in the restaurant is very good, and the service exemplary.

The only negative is the quality of the food and wine at dinner. This was quite poor, and contrasted markedly with the ambience and the service.

The personel was very helpful and friendly.

The prices were a bit high. With breakfast and a short telephone call, the prise rose to 125 euro.
