The room we were eventually allocated after problems with the first room was a good size and comfortable with an excellent bed and choice of pillows. Restuarant and housekeeping were of a good standard with polite and helpful staff.
On arrival at 2pm for a three night stay we were allocated a room the size of a shoe box cramped even for one person. The only furniture in the room for storing clothes was a small wardrobe and we faced the prospect of living out of a suitcase for three days which when stored on the luggage rack neccesitated climbing over the bed to pass each other in the room. Receptionist not particularly helpful or sympathetic suggesting that there was no alternative but after persistance on my part said she supposed we could come back at 6pm to "try again". At this time different staff on reception much more helpful and we were offered far more suitable accommodation of the standard we expected

The hotel is just a couple of minutes' walk from the centre. I requested, and was given, a room at the back, so it was also quiet. However, the hotel overlooks the Millennium Stadium so would probably not be so quiet if there were a concert or match there.

friendly staff
Room size was very small! I have asked 2 beds in a double bed room. Also I have mentioned I am accompanying 2 children and no arrangement were as per my request. Instead I have given a folding extra bed which had difficulty to fit in the room.
