 Noisy room, old furniture, stained carpet, old TV set (I mean the >10years kind of a TV set) with poor selection of channels, room-service response time very low (I had to wait about 20min. for a glass!).
I also got billed twice – first time in >5y of extensive travelling :D |

the food is very nice.

| we should get two night free dinners because we have lived this hotel for 4 nights according to our booking, however it cost us 4 times to get this. It is not so good service for this, next time we hope they can imporve. |
