 The coffee shop was very well situated and a friendly lady working full day..we did not want ta full breakfast and the coffee shop was great

Very clean, modern spacious room with excellent bed. Staff more than helpful. Impression of a 1st class hotel at a budget price.

| The room heater did not work and a mobile heater was not available. the room service asked to move to another room at 8:00pm (too late and need to pack & unpack). In addition, slippers are missing in the room. I cannot imagin these two things not readly in the winnter time. We was in the room number 1060 from 1 Jan to 3 Jan. |

| The lighting in the room was poor. As with all hotels in Europe, the pillows were square - I gather such pillows are only found in hotels. They do not aid my sleep. |

hotel weell positioned downtown- underground few meters let to reach almost every interesting place in munich. good connection to airport line S8 in 40 minute get the hotel very reasonable cost 10.00 euro.

| it was not clear specified that breakfast was not included in the room price. to get it cost was high compared to the room rate. To me breakfast cost should not exced 10% of room rate. I suggest to make more clear if breakfast is included or not. |

| - Very convinient to reach by the S8 train from Munich airport (just above the train station)
- The Executive Lounge access is superb with excellent service
- Very good wireless reception throughout the hotel. |

| We had bad luck,
The first day the heater was broken and the second day we didn't had warm water!!
The reception could only say sorry to us, I thinks they coould do a better job. |

| Les couloirs (executive floor pourtant)sont bruyants tôt le matin (7 - 8 h).

| I had a valet parking reservation, but I arived in the morning and at 8PM my car was still on the street, so I had to complain. There was no air conditionning either and it was hot outside. |

Very good access from airport and S-Bahn, Rooms are very nice and friendly.
