Good location.

I did not receive my wake up call and nearly missed my flight. (I did miss breakfast). |

I chose this hotel for ease of access to Heathrow. It removes the need for taxis or shuttle buses.

|
The walkway between terminal 4 and the hotel is unheated which makes for a cold walk in Winter. |

Staff overall very helpful and professional.

|
Taxi arranagements were a bit strange and were not explained properly upfront. When the cab was charged to the room/hotel the price was 3x the rate when we paid cash to the driver. |

The rooms are very well equipped -- flat screen TVs, 110 volt US size outlet is also available. Soundproofing is also excellent, you wouldn't know you were right beside an airport.

|
Cost of food is exorbitant. Instead of paying 16 pounds for a continental breakfast or 21 pounds for the cooked breakfast, take the short walk over to Terminal 4 where a good cooked breakfast can be purchased at one of the restaurants for about 6 pounds! |

| location is the real reason to stay. price/quality does not match. I would rather stay in Hiltons in central London. |
