I can't say enough about how lovely our stay was. The staff were helpful, the hotel was beautiful. Our 16 month old son was treated extremely well, crayons provided at breakfast etc. We will be back! |

The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. The room was always clean, with appropriate amenities. The breakfast buffet is among the best I have ever encountered in my many years of traveling.

Every night around 0100 am there was a loud noise and clattering in the a/c and heat vent that awakened me. Didn't last more than half a minute or so, but long enough to wake me up with a startle. I thought someone was banging down the door or something. I was in room 4104. Also, the exercise room needs a few more machine to round out the exercise circuit. But, it is still a good exercise room, and the pool was lovely. |

Service staff was excellent

When we arrived to the hotel, they told us that there was not any room available due to problems with the system. They sent us to another hotel. It was a frustration because it was 31th of December night. However, they compensate it with a good room in other hotel, and they invited us to have dinner in the hotel |

This is a fantastic hotel if you want to tour the historic area of Berlin. It is right next to the Gendarmenmarkt and you can walk to the Brandenburg Gate. The staff was wonderful and took great care of us. Request a room that overlooks the beautiful church out front. You will not be disappointed! We will certainly stay again!

The shower curtain is made out of glass and allows the water to drip all over the bathroom. But really...who cares! |

We had a WONDERFUL stay at the Hilton in Berlin! I suggest getting a room on the executive suite level because the lounge has great complimentary breakfast, snacks, and drinks. There is also a computer that you can use there and staff that are so friendly and helpful. |

The room was functional, cozy and clean. Staffs are very kind and good at English. Well recommended for group tours and business trips.

The room was small for the price. Bit matter-of-fact...it always happens in a big hotel. Internet access fee is very expensive for a private user. Not recommended for private trips. |
