their staff serve for the swimming pool shows unhappiness and give a bad feeling when he find beside the one in the swimming pool, there is still person coming in. Maybe he has something to do so he hope everybody leave there ealy, but to customers(us), we loose the oppotunity and happiness to relax in the swimming pool. In addition, their staff who searve besides the door is not motivated to call a taxi for customer. The general feeling to this hotel is not good. I'm hesitage to stay there for a second time if I have a better choice. |

Variety & quality of food is good. Rooms are on a contemporary theme, but not dated. Also, the rooms are very well serviced.

Quality of staff varies widely. A few are quite good while others are unfriendly and border on being incompetent. Overall the staff is mediocre. Staff's communication with taxi drivers on a guest's destination is poor. |
