This hotel is near to downtown and subway
 
The hotel staff as not helpful when I needed information about the clinic nearby. Very disappointing and they were unwilling to help at all.

The staff refuse to lend an unbrella after checking out. The staff asked me to give a 100 rmb to lend an umbrella but doesn't want to give a receipt or prove of paper.

As always, The Hilton provides a well balanced meal selection for breakfast that meets my needs quite well. Service is excellent!
 
Charges for WiFI. I also stay at the HongQiao Hilton and they do not charge for this service. In addition, when using your internet access (WiFi or Cable) I could not establish a VPN connection to my work's network. Making the charge issue a bigger one.

Hotel needs an urgent fresh up. hair dryer in bathroom has a plug which doesnt fit in the socket, tiny bathroom, breakfast restaurant too small and staff shows hectical attitude, long waiting for table, reception staff arrogant, that was my last stay at that hotel. Overall bad experience

good location for this price. very close to Jinjang temple and subwat station. West Nanjing road is 5 min by walk. The Bund is 30 min. by walk. Nice staff. Very nice Shanghai view from 40th floor. Taxis are always available in front of the hotel.
 
Very old building. Needs renovation immediately. Poor breakfact variety. Small swimming pool. Internet connection is too expensive. Charges the internet for each device you connect. Hint : Free in the lobby and executive floors ;)
