"No clarity in the confirmation paper or by the staff that the complimentary breakfast is provided or not. When I was entering into cafetaria the concern executive has said I can have the food eventhough in her list the name is not appearing. Later she bought a invoice for 58 RM for having the food which in principle she should check before."

"The room is quite large; The bed is comfort, fitted with my need; Close to my work area. Staffs are friendly."
