Very good gym area.

1. The price for the breakfest is too high compared to competitors. 2. After the renovation, the hair dryer does not work any more in the bath room. The staff knows that but nothing seems to happen. That is why I write this feedback. 3. Quality of coffee for do-it-yourself in the hotel room is poor compared to competitors.

In the sauna herds of tourist guests used no towels and spread their sweat all around. After that they jumped right into the pool, never heard of using showers. I complained about it personally at the desk and by email to the hotel management, but the hotel administration hesitates to post a user-guide for "non europeans" pointing out to hygienic manners for tourist not being familiar with these standards. After a business during daytime in Munich no recreation in this Hilton in the evening, I never had a reaction to a guest complaint like this, so next time to a more understandig hotel management. Better not go there, if you are tourist and work in Munich...

Room was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Nice loacation near English Garden and beer garden. Buses, light rail (tram) nearby.

Breakfast was too expensive at hotel, so we did not even try it. Some staff seemed to not want to give helpful tips. Some noise of other room doors slamming on our floor. Also our room was right next to the ice machine, was a bit noisy at times. Wi-fi internet not included in price of room, was VERY expensive to purchase. Hotel is not easily reached by public transportation. Need to use combination of bus, tram, subway. Taxi's are VERY expensive.

Lobby area poor, unattractive, bland. Rooms at best average, bathroom small and poorly equiped. Room service menu beyond 11.00 p.m. is risible. Generally hotel appears outdated but charges as if it were a top rated hotel.

The hotel seems to be more suitable for business trips. I would not recommend tourists to chose this hotel. I would have expected more staff at the reception, big waiting queues for checking out are not very pleasant. I was also expecting a more serene atmosphere in a hotel so close to the park. Instead there were a lot of business people rushing around. It made everything look like hectic. There wasn't anything relaxing there.
