The people who worked here were friendly

There was a leak in my room so the floor was wet. No towel service for 2 days and huge hair ball by the window that was there for my entire stay.

Very nice. Outdoor pool and exercise facilites were very nice. The room was not very big, but still adequate. Lunch buffet in the Coral Cafe restaurant was excellent.

I could hear some sounds from the next room. Not extreme but noticeable.

The mattress, bedding and pillows were very comfortable and of good quality. Very conducive to a good night's sleep.

The check-in agent at the front desk was efficient but not particularly friendly. As this is the first impression that one gets of a hotel, I think it does improve one's stay if the front-desk staff appear friendly, keen to help, and conscientious about providing all information that is relevant to one's stay.

figure out a way to ensure that our program numbers transfer to the hotel. not sure why this can't be done. It's been a problem for MONTHS.
