May 2007
The rooms and public areas where very clean.

Because the hotel has so many bedrooms it is a little impersonal, and the public areas are very very busy - lots of hustle and bustle

September 2010
Check-in was very pleasant. Did not have long waits to check in or check out.

Long elevator waits in the morning and full elevators, sometimes with no chance to get on. Staff had blocked 2 out of 4 elevators to bring down luggage for a travel group, which I thought was not a customer-friendly solution.

Good location

Impersonal and unprofessional staff - reception area. Problems with payment, negative attitude towards client needs. Small room without soundproof
