Good clean hotel and well situated for the airport and recommended. Very good breakfast indeed!

I was not happy that wireless internet is not available in the rooms and only in the lobby. In addition, why in 2009 do you have to pay for internet access (£15 in the room if you have a cable or £6 in the lobby as you must buy a voucher). I have already paid hundreds of pounds for my computer and should not expect to pay for access. Many less expensive motels / hotels in Europe give you very cheap or free wireless net access so come on Hilton, get real.

Very convienient for business at Horsham - you can walk to the hotel from the plane

There wasa charge for internet access - this should have been clear in the description in hotels.de (impression was that it came with the room) The room description also stated Satellite TV which was not available.

Amys bar and restaurant (inside the hotel) is a very good place. Very good food and staff. A perfect price/value.

The stay at Hilton Gatwick was acceptable. It is a typical british hotel. Not very clean and everywhere old carpet. To be honest I expected a higher standard for a 'HILTON' hotel. Further there was no mini bar available in each room. So price/value is not sufficient. In general, I always mention my MilesAndMore frequent traveller number on my bookings but the hotels never adds the miles to my Mileage account. I always need to resend the original hotel invoice (lufthansa miles and more frequent traveller program). Please consider that for my future bookings.
