Room service quality has improved recently - food now arrives piping hot whereas until lot long ago it sometimes arrived lukewarm.
Air conditioning, especially for heating rooms could be better.
For a good standard hotel, I would expect to have Sky Sports available in the bedrooms. Many other Hiltons do have this.
