The personally managed 'Helmhaus Swiss Quality Hotel' presents tradition combined with modern life style to make you feel comfortable - a small, intimate house in the city centre. Personal care and excellent service are our top priorities. The hotel was built in 1356 and renovated in steps between 2008 and 2012. It is a short walk from the Lake Zurich, the Opera House and Grossmünster Church as well as the shopping district 'Bahnhofstrasse'. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
Until 11 December there will be noise nuisances between 8a.m. – 6p.m. (Mondays – Saturdays) due to renovation. Also the view from the rooms will be considerably restricted due to the outside scaffolding and wrapping of the building. There will be no works inside the hotel. All services are at our guests disposal as usual. During the renovation works guests benefit of reduced room rates. Reception hours: Every day: from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM
