The personally managed "Helmhaus Swiss Quality Hotel" presents tradition combined with modern life style to make you feel comfortable - a small, intimate house in the city centre. Personal care and excellent service are our top priorities. The hotel was built in 1356 and renovated in steps between 2008 and 2012. It is a short walk from the Lake Zurich, the Opera House and Grossmünster Church as well as the shopping district "Bahnhofstrasse". The hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

After extensive renovations between 2010 and 2012 our rooms shine in a new light. Simple design and warm colours correspond with carefully chosen design furniture and materials.

We offer 24 traditionally designed rooms, some with lake view, on 5 floors. Each room has a private bath, desk, flat screen television, phone and minibar and offers complimentary Wlan internet access. Some rooms have a safe and/or a sofa bed. A breakfast room and a reading room are also available.A copious breakfast buffet with fresh products awaits you every morning and guarantees a great start in the morning. The service is personal and we pay attention to every detail and offer a warm atmosphere.
