Breakfast was good.

|
Was given a smoking room when I specifically requested a non-smoking room...and when it says king bed/twin beds, you will probably be given twin beds ONLY. |

Air conditioning system is being replaced. My room was 85 degrees. The front desk kept telling me there was not a problem. Maintainance finally came up and told me there would be not air conditioning for two weeks while they fix the system. This is unacceptable. |

The staff were always friendly, smiling, and helpful. The view in the morning was very nice (looking north and west over the river). Pool and gym facilities were quiet and good - never have to wait to use the facilities.

|
One minor complaint is that since I was located near the Executive Lounge on the 3rd floor, there were minor noises until about midnight every night.
Other small issue is that the sauna closed at 10pm which was disappointing some nights. |

I am a platinum Elite and stay on the smoking floor. Because of this I receive none of the platinum benefits in my room. No robe, slipper, additional bathroom amenities. This happens with every stay. Even when I call the front desk it is a poor effort. |

Room cards are dectivated almost every time you leave a room.
Hotel blocks very unclear ammount of money on your credit card, so if you py with other credit card, you have double blocked ammounts. |
