Staff was really friendly.
Got food poisoning from the breakfast. The rooms were also too warm, a lot of people couldn't sleep at night because of this. The thermostats in the rooms did not work for anyone. In summary, got food poisoning and couldn't sleep there.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The general manager helped me removing a late arrival charge.
Not all rooms are updated. Some don't have safes which can be problematic whenyour typical business traveler carries so many electronic devices.

Helpful, friendly and polite staff. Nice views from hotel as overlooks river. Handy location as buses/trams close by for travelling into centre of Heidelberg
Bedroom became quite hot during the night, air-con seemed ineffective, couldn't open window.

great location, friendly staff
slow process for checkin and check out should have express. 14% harge to change US to euro a bit unrealistic, too many trainees doing well but need mnagement intervention. finally i never can obtain a room on the 3rd floor or with a balcony even though I request it two months in advance ....

Very nice hotel en good staff, very good food in the hotel restaurant . Hotel rooms are very nice. Good Tv. and for those who can not understand Deutch can waths sky with english ...
We thought that there where breakfast included it was not and then was the breakfast very expensive and the parking is expensive too.
