HCC Regente Hotel |

The Hotel Regente, which is an Art Nouveau building, is located in the Rambla de Catalunya. It was completely, inclusive its façade, renovated in 2004. Many characteristic details of the building were kept and wonderfully combined with this ultra modern hotel.
The hotel offers 79 spacious and modern rooms which are provided with free ADSL access, satellite TV, air condition, telephone, en-suite bathroom, mini bar and safe. Furthermore, WLAN, a roof terrace with a large pool, solarium, bar and breakfast buffet are available.
The swimming pool and the terrace are closed during winter season.

 It is close to the railway station. City can be reached in some minutes. Good shopping and touristical possibilities.
Nice front style of the hotel.
From the top of the hotel (including a pool) is a wonderful view of Barcelona possible.

 Swimming pool: Based on the picture on the homepage you would expect a larger pool. Reality size is of about 2x4 meters.
Breakfast: We did not ead breakfast due to the high price (17 EURO). I recommend to go to close located cafe's.
Our rooms have been backwards with an ugly view on some (partly dirty) backyards. Windowsills have not been cleaned (with cigarette ends). |
