We recomment:

Hiking on 360 km of marked hiking trails and cycling routes of all kinds around Schömberg. There are serpintines for road bikers or mountain & valley routes in the forest for mountain bikers. In addition there are many simpler routes for ordinary cyclists. Geocaching, the modern GPS-guided scavenger hunt, is the latest in sports in the forest of Schömberg.

High ropes cources, Castle Neuenbürg with the multi-media show of Hauff's fairy tale "The Cold Heart", medieval towns, four spas, Hermann Hesse's footsteps in Calw, picturesque ruined abbeys, moors and gigantic views with or without towers, Pforzheim, the City of Gold, with its jewellery industry and museums and much more can be experienced and discovered in the Nothern Black Forest.

Please note that the city tax is not included in the price. In the peak season, it amounts to EUR 1.55 per person, per day and in the low season EUR 1.30.
