"The staff were very helpful and not shy to speak to Westerner ----- leaflets and directions were good and if necessary supplimented by the main desk staff
Wetlands Park, which is very close, is a pleasant day out.
There are small shops and supermarkets very close.
Getting to Kowloon or H.K. Island is very easy (about 50 mins)although some effort has to be made to understand the purchasing of tickets which, once learnt, is easy. Buses require Exact fare (no change is given)
Shuttle to and from Airport is excellent and takes almost 1 hour --- at airport shuttle bus is below the Terminal 2 check-in --- Bus Platform is 30/31 and bus is identified it leaves for resort on the hour much more convienient than any other form of transport from airport."
