The Hotel is rather tired and in need of an overhaul. The bedroom, which was booked as 'Superior Double Room' was small and cramped with no room even for bedside tables on either side of the bed. There was mildew on the walls and ceiling. In the intense heat of Singapore it is dificult to see the logic of turning the aircon and fridge off everytime the room key tag is removed on exit. Bathroom facility very basic with no curtain separating the shower from the toilet seat and no surface to put out toiletries etc.
