Two criticisms - first the washbasin in the room was designed without a plug which makes it inconvenient for such things as shaving, and second we disliked the use of plastic cutlery and paper plates and cups for breakfast.

First of all, thank you for everything. I had a very pleasant stay and I like everything. It was the way it was described...except below
the shower was good because it accommodated the disabled person but the water went out of the bath space. Maybe something could be done about it so that the water may not spill out unless it was designed that way.

Beautiful rooms and the nicest bed I have ever slept on. Very comfortable! All of the staff were very friendly & helpful.
The breakfast could use a little work. The scrambled eggs which I assume were powdered, were horrible. It was the only downfall of staying here but there are plenty of restaurants in this area so it was not a major inconvenience.
