The staff on the evening of checkin was very friendly though helpless to change anything. The staff in the morning during checkout was rude.
 
I went into my room when I checked in. The towels in the bathroom were on the floor. The toilet brush was in the toilet. The shower had fungus and schimmel. There was dirt on the shower curtain. The room was extremely small. Everytime I turned on the bed I would hit the wall and I am not a fat person.

One person at the reception (lady).
 
Overall impression is quite dirty, towels are smelling... One person at the reception (man) - impatient, almost rude.

The heater was broken and the toilet smelled. The bedding sheets and the carpet were dirty. Inside room, it looked more like a motel. Not worth the money that I paid for

I was pleasantly surprised at the price-performance ratio. The hotel is nice and the staff are very helpful for the price.
 
Some of the guests are not so quite, but the hotel seems to group them on the same floor.
