Good supermercat right next door (It was raining a lot, so it was perfect). 2 mins walking from Sants Estacio (Metro and train to airport).

I could hear the people uptairs walking in their room but didn´t stop me from sleeping.

Good location (20 minutes from the airport with the Renfe train which stops 300 m from the hotel at the Barcelona Sants station), very good condition, free wireless internet, nice and spacious rooms.

No too loud, but noticable noise from the traffic outside requires that you either completely close the window (electric button provided for opening and closing), or accept some level of noise. Apart from that - there's nothing bad I can say about that hotel, and the positives are much more.
