An excellent hotel wel situated for both City, Business & Beach areas. Close to Metro stops and within easy walking distance of many areas of interest. The hotel staff we're extremely pleasant with a excellent command of several languages. Check-in check-out was swift and without hassle. Even the basic rooms were well equiped, excellent standard of decor, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Very noisy hotel rooms, can hear the neighbours till very late! Bed is very very hard and the weight messure durty.

Resturant was unfriendly and overpriced. would not use it again. Beds were very hard but I still slept well. Walls were a little thin.

The hotel is conveniently located for those who like to live outside the main tourist area but who would like to have a short walk in each day. It is close to the beach and has several small shops and a large supermarket near. It cost 7 Euro to travel by taxi from Gracia / Catalunya. The Metro connection is excellent- a train every 5 minutes along Red Line 1.

Very poor sound proffing in rooms. You can hear conversations and even people bathing. The hotel makes a big issue of no under 16's in the Wellness area however this is not adhered to and consequently saunas and steamrooms were often too cold.

The hotel itself was fine, but when I needed a taxi urgently on the morning I left and the taxi never showed up, the staff was not able to come up with an alternative solution. I ended up dragging a heavy suitcase to the metro station (about 800 meters) and then another 1 km or so to get to where I needed to be.
