Staff was very friendly.

|
Weekend staff was from out of town and couldn't tell me anything about transportation options or provide recommendations for restaurants. |

The room was nice and quite big and clean. You have a small kitchen so it's really useful if you don't want to go to restaurants.

|
If you are in front of the tramway tracks, you can hear it (not too much) but not during night.
The breakfast is really small, if you like big breakfast take it in a restaurant. |

- central to Heidelberg
- good service overall

|
- no front desk service after 20:00 during the week and after 12:00 on Saturday, i.e. checking out late, leaving luggage, ordering a cab, etc is not possible after those times
- breakfast is ok but minmal and eaten in the reception of the guesthouse |

I like the clean, self contained apartment as well as the simple but delicious sandwiches provided in the morning. Better value than some chain 4 star hotels that do not even provide a coffee maker machine in the room.

|
Stayed in a room next to the road, need to keep windows closed to keep off the noise. The low ceiling 'slanted ceiling' just above the TV was hazardous. I hit my head when I reach out to adjust the TV one day. |

A variety of very tasty sandwiches are served for breakfast. If you prefer, you can also take them with you in a paper bag. The room standard is good for the price.

|
The television set in my room was fixed to the wall and I was not able to adjust the screen so that I could view it from a comfortable position. The breakfast is served in the reception and not in a secluded area, but you can easialy bring it to your room or take it with you. |

Large, clean, modern rooms. Small kitchenette in room. Free internet. Excellent location approx one block from the Bismarckplatz. Breakfast and coffee is available to-go in the morning. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent value for the price.

|
No dedicated parking (but parking house is very close). Not fully staffed on weekends. |

Recently renovated, spotless room. On the 2nd floor is a sun terrace with sofas. The breakfast of bread rolls with cold cuts and cheese with coffee and orange juice in the lobby was all I needed. It's a typical German breakfast (not the eggs and greasy sausage stuff of most hotels). And you could take sandwiches with you in bags if you wanted.

|
I'd give this hotel a ten except that there aren't any breathtaking views out the window. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say. |

Reception was non-existent. Room floor was dirty. There is no breakfast room, just a small ledge that they put breakfast rolls and pastries on. Sitting in the reception area with a plate on your knee is not my style of breakfast. |
