The room smells as it had big humidity Even if the room looks cleaned you have the feeling that it is very unclean The air in the room was really bad The water in the shower was all 2 days cold. I was not able to use the shower warm. Also after I communicated it to the hotel it was not fixed and i did not get another room.

Etat des sanitaires très très moyen : Cache néon collé avec du scotch, calcaire partout, poignée de porte cassée, étendoir à linge cassé, télévision d´un autre âge, câble réseau cassé …. Absolument pas au niveau du prix de la chambre …. Plat du room service infecte et hors de prix ! Il n´est pourtant pas compliqué de faire un hamburger et des frites….

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Provided me with all the necessary information to make my visit to Burssels worthwile. Overall they were very pleasant people. The hotel sells stamps so I was able to send some postcards to my friends and family. The hotel provided me with shuttle service from and to the airport. I chose the Gresham Belson Hotel, because, it came highly recommended by a coleague of mine who had stayed there before.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel's location is also ideal for anyone visiting the EFQM Center.

Cleanliness was medium. The room was obviously "worn". I found that the price for breakfast and dinner in the hotel were too expensive for what one received.
