New hotel just opened in July 2010. It is just right beside the Shanghai Railway station, very convenient if needs to travel to other Bosch office in Wuxi, Suzhou, Nanjing etc by train.

Incompetent, stone-faced and unfriendly staff. High turnover in hotel staff resulted in many new untrained staff, moral of staffs are low too. Until their internal manpower issues are resolve, do not expect good service from this hotel. I will not return to this hotel in my next trip to Shanghai.
