"The only good thing was location, but I'm pretty sure you can find much better hotels for the same money with less stars, as this hotel objectively can not possibly deserve to have 4 stars!!!"

Hotel has only one old elevator, very slow and prone to malfunctions. This is very bad for people with disabilities and those who don't like to walk as all rooms are on the upper floors, where the 1 st floor (US 2nd) is actually 2nd (US 3rd) as there's a restaurant on the 1st (US 2nd) floor. Plus the corridors and stairs have some sort of automatic on/off lights which do not always turn on. My room was so small that I could barely enter with 2 bags of luggage I had. The door could not be opened entirely as it was hitting the bed. I had to move the lamp so that I can open the wardrobe. A tiny wardrobe where pants can not freely hang, barely enough for 1 suit and I had 2. The fridge was locked for some reason, and there was instruction that I should ask the receptionist for the key?! Imagine walking down to the reception so that you can have a drink in your room. Why would anyone do such a thing when there's a bar downstairs? Obviously the hotel had better days, but it's shine is gone: the shower curtains were moldy, as well as the tiles, bed unstable, and screechy, tiny CRT TV, bed covers with a cigarette hole, uncontrollable AC, tiny unopenable window which hardly let any light into the room, rusty tap water difuser nets, even the complementary fruit at the reception was spoiled ... And the room actually looked onto a wall. Service was not much better either. It has no internet in the rooms, and in the hall you have to pay for it, no iron, no coffee machine, not even paper tissue in the room - things a decent 4 star hotel should offer to guests. Not to mention that it does not have either a swimming pool, or a gym, sauna, or any other luxury you may be used to. Overall it's a 2, maximum 3 star hotel, nothing more.
