Deszpite the fact that it is very close to the railway station (which is one reason I chose it), it took a few minutes to find it because it is not visible when you come out of the station building.

This hotel is a jewel. It would be our first choice for a visit to Koblenz. The proximity to the train station is great. Walking distances are reasonable to the sights and shopping. Very modern and new decor. Friendly and helpful staff. All in all... a pleasure.

TV has only stations in German except CNN, consider that people from around the world stay in your hotel, and a variety of languages/channel is a must. What else is there after a long working day than to relax and watch a nice film in at least English ?

good value for money. We didn´t avail of the breakfast, so we cannot judge that. There are plenty of places in the vicinity for meals at any time of the day, for any tasta and any wallet.

The room was quite warm and we couldn´t figure out how to use the AC. So we just switched it off and opened a window. The cleaning staff respected that and left the window open, so we didn´t return to a warm room (which we thought was great).

I enjoyed staying in GHOTEL in Koblenz. The hotel staff are nice and helpful.

The hotel needs to have more public computer for guests in the lobby.

The hotel was nicely situated by the Koblenz Central Station (Hbf) and within about a ten minute walking distance (at a leisurely pace) from the Rhine and Mosel. The room was neat, and the staff competent. Despite the hotel having only been opened the month previous to our stay, it did not feel at all 'in-progress'.

The shower in the bathroom was more designed to look good than keep water away from the bathroom floor.

Super price for the modern and comfortable room. Good design. The location across from the train station is very convenient. We did not have any noise disturbance from trains or buses or traffic. We loved being on the top floor and had a view towards the city.

The cost for breakfast was 12 € per person so we decided to eat a full breakfast (coffee with a refill, bread and cheese, orange juice, muesli, yogurt, fresh fruit) across the road for 5,30 €. People in the hotel including the service team let the doors to the rooms slam shut. The handles on the outside of the doors do not turn so you have to make a conscious effort to close the door gently and quietly. I found this disturbing in the morning around 8 am since I wanted to sleep on.
