The hotel has 12 non-smoking rooms and is always pleased to provide an extra bed for your children if indicated when making your reservation.
The hotel's own description
The owner-run Guest House Jacoby is looking forward to welcoming you. The guest house offers twelve rooms, divided in two apartments with two bath rooms each. All bath rooms are handicapped friendly. No matter if you need a single room for yourselfe , a double room with yopur partner or a four bed family room, you will find the right accommodation. The rooms are individually designed with different colors and furniture. Enjoy the view from the large windows and direct access to the balcony. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Breakfast is also included and is served in the large living room with an open kitchen. On request you can also get lunch and dinner.
The comfortable balconies with south and south-west view over the mountains provide you with the possibility to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The apartments are located in the forth floor and are equipped with underfloor heating which also works as an indirect air conditioning in summer. In the cellar of the house you can use washing machines and driers.
The neighborhood offers great possibilities for excursions with kids. The guest house is located in the "pro scholare" building which was finished in 2010 and is an perfect example of green architecture. Directly in front of the house you have the tram station "Geschwister-Scholl-Platz. This tram brings you in a few minutes to the city center. Please note that we do not allow pets in the guest house.
