Hotel description
Our mid-class hotel has 8 comfortable rooms in total. Room service and friendly alarm calls are just two of the many services provided to guests by the competent hotel staff. Feel free to use the hotel's secure car park.
You can leave articles of value for safe storage in the hotel safe at reception which is manned 24/7. You can park your car on one of the hotels' ample free parking spaces. All bathrooms include a hair dryer and bathrobe.
All comfortable rooms have radio and television (cable TV). Our hotel has non-smoking rooms in which we will also be glad to place a cot for your little ones. You can use the Internet access in your comfortable room and in the airy public lobby areas (WiFi).

Welcome to "Friends", welcome to the 3 *** guesthouse Heißenlehen.
Our family-run guest house located in one of the sunniest and most scenic elevations at 900m with a breathtaking view of Watzmann, Hochkalter and Reiteralpe. In our framed in Mediterranean colors Wohlfühlzimmmern (non-smokers), you can let your mind wander. All rooms are equipped with shower / WC, Badeaccesoire, hairdryer, satellite TV, clock radio, comfortable seating area and a south-or southwest-facing balcony with furniture, and offer uninterrupted views of the Alps Ramsau.
For a good mood our rich breakfast buffet provides with various breads, vital area, tea and juice bar, various Eivariationen, and much more. With much love and prepared with products from the region take either the breakfast or the sun on the terrace in the cozy lounge ein.Für the afternoon, our "Rast Platz" with in-house library and tea / coffee kitchen. In the evening you can end your day in our cozy living room with vaulted out of the 19 century end. Hauseigerner large lawn or garden, barbecue, fridge and drinks in the house, complete our offer.
Whether summer or winter, enjoy hiking, Nordic walking, mountain climbing, mountain bike tours, e-Bike.Touren, destinations in the region, we have an exciting holiday for the right partner.
