It is 25 years ago that Director Bernd Th. Schmidt took over a small hotel in the south of Vienna. Due to his excellent knowledge and efforts, the little hotel became the four-star Garden Hotel Altmannsdorf, the most popular venue for conferences and seminars in the capital of Vienna.

Since 15th November 2005, a building has been added. A new house with 75 rooms and 20 apartments, partly with balcony, has been built in a calm, green location in front of the main house. The 20 apartments provide a bathroom with WC, a living room with kitchenette including facilities for up to 3 people, a mini bar, satellite TV, safe, direct-dial telephone and internet.

We offer the ideal venue for your seminars and conferences by providing a conference room of 200 m², appointed with air-conditioning, internet and modern audio-visual equipment like integrated beamer and interpreting technology. The spacious hall can be divided with flexible separating plates in several conference rooms. We also provide 2 rooms for smaller groups and meetings.
