The restaurant Ai Mulini takes its name from The Mills' Valley (La Valle dei Mulini) whose inhabitants were, a long time ago, tanners. The restaurant's menu offers a large choice of exquisite regional and traditional dishes belonging to the local and national cuisine often served with some variations but always in accordance with the passing of the seasons. The restaurant Ai Mulini can receive up to 120 people and is particularly suitable for banquets and convivial meetings.

Within the room Al Fogolaro, Venetian word indicating both the fireplace and the room where it is placed, there you can find the continental buffet breakfast room, the bar and the wine bar. The rustic, but at the same time elegant place, is characterized by the presence of a big fireplace "fogolaro" and by two millstones.
