The breakfast is just perfect for a good start into the day.
The fitness club is quite old style and there were no refreshments at all (which I think is quite surprising for this class)

Very close to the fair grounds
All the hotel is getting old and outdated, from the cathodic tv to the elevators that are always busy. Internet for more than 19 Euros per day is not a plus for a business hotel. Also relatively far from the center of Frankfurt.

Nice sports facillity.
Hotel staff is incredibly unfriendly and is trying everything to make your stay less comfortable.
Breakfast is of very bad quality and they offer from everything the cheapest products available.
Hotel is in urgent need of renovations inside and outside.

Fitness room was comfortable. Lounge waitresses were attentive.
Lounge being closed on Friday/Saturday/Sunday does not make any sense. What are guests supposed to do? Gold Elite members are not treated accordingly to their status.
