 Had to change the room because there was no real heating in the first one (which was in a separate district of the hotel...). In the next room, the blanket/bed had to be changed because it was DIRTY/covered with hair. |

Friendly staff, nice and comfortable rooms with a desk and tv. Good breakfast but with 15€ to expensive.

| I had mushrooms in my shower. But I talked with other hotel guests and it seems like that I was the only person with that problem.
After I complained on the receiption they cleaned it immediately. |

| Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss - mit echter Kelleratmosphäre. Das betraf zum einen den Geruch, zum anderen die Temperatur. Der Heizungsschalter scheint eine Attrappe zu sein. Ich hatte nach und nach auf 30 °C gestellt, ohne dass sich etwas tat.
Beim Aus-Checken war die (einzige) Dame an der Rezeption vor allem damit beschäftigt, Telefonanrufe entgegenzunehmen und den Anrufern lang und breit zu erläutern, wer gerade alles nicht erreichbar ist. |

Other than the incident mentioned below, employees were helpful and kind.

| Arrived at noon to check into my room and to my surprise the response of the desk employee was as following: " we don't have any rooms ready , we have a full house, can you wait?". I ended up checking in at 6 PM local Dusseldorf time. |

We got very quiet room, staff was very friendly. Hotel has excellent replacement in the city.

Zimmer war sehr ansprechend.
