I have a "Premiere Platinum" status with Marriott so I received a free upgrade to the "suite" room. This hotel is not a "full-service" Marriott and as such, it is not fair to compare it with one. The suite itself is obviously much better than a regular room. It has a separate seating area from the "bedroom".
The place is really tight. When I work on something, I am not able to rotate the chair (by the desk) because there's no room to move it.
The place is fine for business travel. The breakfast options are pretty decent.
Honestly, I think the hotels in the Austin area are overpriced. For the price that we're paying, this should already be for a "full-service" hotel.
