Near the Geneva airport and serviced by a shuttle bus every 20 minutes.

|
TV didn't work, there was a noice from water dropping in the shower that couldn't be stopped. Slightly outdated furniture. Otherwise no noise from outside. |

Close to Palexpo, by car about 5 minutes. Easy to get to by car. Parking on premises is not free but 10 SFR per night is not too much.

|
Choice of food at breakfast was very limited and not nice tasting. |

We needed to get to the airport at 0600 hrs as we had a R.V. with a coach to catch a ship for a cruise from Italy. It was snowing hard and there were no taxis. The navette from the hotel took us to the airport in dreadful conditions and we were very grateful. Without their efficiency and kindness we would have missed our cruise. THANK YOU! |

It is an excellent hotel if you are just looking for bed/brekfast. I took my evening meals in Geneva, just a short train journey away. I would certainly stay again. |

Surprised that the despite the name the hotel offers very cost effective accomodation near the airport and a friendly efficient (every 20 mins) shuttle service) |

The staff were extremely helpful, particularly the manager Mr Sam Koenig. I have never come across a hotel manager who is so kind, helpful and bending over backwards to help us. On the first day, my wife's bag was stolen from the common breakfast area (not the hotel's fault) and Mr Koenig gave us all the help to get over the problems--he even drove us personally to the nearest British Consulate to get us there in time (because it was closing at 12:00).He gave us his personal mobile number so that, if necessary, we could contact him, even on the week end when he was not working! I can not imagine any other hotel manager doing so much.

To improve things further, it would be useful to keep a cold water dispenser in the lobby area (there is an ice dispenser machine. Perhaps some fresh fruits would also be a good idea. |

Check-in was easy. Internet access in the lobby is convenient.

|
Breakfast food was depleted after 7:30 in the morning. There was evidence that whole grain bread, fruits had been available earlier in the morning. When I asked staff about replenishing depleted food items, they responded "gone". |

No restaurant but available in walking distance. No separated bar but only in lobby.
Basically just simple bed for overnight stay (see above). |

Good functional rooms for a short/business stay.

|
We booked two rooms, one double one twin. We were given two doubles four floors apart. My 3 year old son and mother in law were staying in the other room. |
