It was close to the airport and the free shuttle bus was very useful. The staff were very helpful and effecient

our shower was broken with the head of the shower coming off when water was turned on difficult to imagine how this was missed during cleaning in the bath

They checked us into a room that had not been cleaned at 4:30PM and then switched us to another room. The shower water was scalding hot so they let us use another room to shower. It is a nice hotel near the airport but management needs improving.

An early morning call (6.30am) carried out by knocking and calling at an adjoining room completely destroyed our morning's sleep in otherwise perfect conditions.

I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. I was especially delighted to see the hotels commitment to environmental issues e.g. notices re towels and unnecessary replacement, the dove shampoo & gel dispensers etc in bathrooms.

Perhaps drinks & snacks were a little expensive.

On arrival at the hotel no reservation was made for me,i was lucky that a room was available,this was not a very good thing to happen especialy travelling all the way from Russia.

Excellent modern hotel, very clean and comfortable. A very high standard.

It was unclear that we had to ring from the airport to book the bus transport. A courtesy bus booked for the morning was full so we had to wait for a taxi.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dublin Holiday Inn Express We wish we would have booked our entire 3 weeks there!!! We didn't know if there were any closer to the city center. The shuttle drivers were extremely helpful to us. The age of our travelers range from 23 - 56 years Our children and the significant others. However only 3 of us stayed at the Holiday Inn.

The only problem we had was when we went online the site said you had a courtesy shuttle to the city center and that was untrue. I'm having my daughter check the site to see which one we actually used. However this was very minor so not a huge issue. We will definately be using these hotels again.
